I wil re-group and focus on going to the gym 3-5 days a week again! The holidays are such an easy time to lose track of ones goals and its easy to focus on everyones well being except your own!

  2. I plan on getting my New Year off to a Healthy Start by making an effort to spend more quality time with my family and signing up for a class at my gym. Thanks for the great video!

  3. I will be heading back to yoga classes at the start of the year–it’s great not only for my physical but also mental and emotional wellbeing!

I will be adding more fruits and veggies and focusing on whole foods. I am also trying to get 10,000 steps in a day. Zumba classes twice a week once I am cleared after baby is born in Feb. Working toward my goal weight.. a little more than a hundred to lose. I can do it… maybe not in a year but I can.

Instead of focusing on “eating better” or “exercising more,” I’m training for a 23.6 mile SuperHike trail race in September. My goal is to just finish!!!
