Adding exercise and fun to playdates

Summer can be a great time to get the kids together for picnics or backyard parties.  You can help keep your group active and help them burn off some energy with fun, motion-filled games that adults and kids can enjoy together.

“Split Splat” is one example of a great game that involves quick motion and lots of laughs. Great for groups of all ages, all you need is five or more people.
